Welcome to The UK Employee Advice Centre. By accessing our services or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these terms.

1. Scope of Advice

The Centre provides practical workplace rights guidance, document review, and preliminary settlement-agreement support. We are not a firm of solicitors and do not undertake reserved legal activities. Direct statutory settlement-agreement certificate work will only begin once the Centre has completed adviser certification and professional indemnity insurance arrangements, or through an appropriately insured external adviser.

2. Statutory Time Limits Warning

Crucial Notice: Employment Tribunal claims carry strict statutory limitation deadlines (normally 3 months less 1 day). Seeking advice from the Centre does not pause, extend, or toll these deadlines. You remain responsible for lodging your claim or contacting Acas in time.

Our advice is based strictly on the factual information and documentation provided by you.
